How did the fillets turn out Dutchy? Do you sand before applying a second coat?
Do you use the Icing or spot putty?

What's the process moving forward?

Rivets? Raised panels & access hatch latches?

BTW Dutchy, the happiness was a multinational effort, the Guinness from one country, bondo another, sandpaper from our neighbors of the north, tape?, parchment paper...

I use Reynolds Parchment paper, good stuff and far cheaper and more available than Pampered Chef here...

second coat of bondo.

doesn't matter how you put the bondo on, I took it off with my thumb, then lite sanding, just knocking down the ridges.
I build fillets in coats, maybe 4 or 5, very little sanding involved.

I don't think Fermin is blowing hard enough, or Cajon, to handle this slugger. So, we gott a wait for the molded version(s) to appear.

Since this is no Thorn, I think we can wait for the mold and its parts to start popping...
