Compare that to the 320grams of the CS12 and HK3025 - and mine was putting out slightly better thrust on 6S too.

Now granted it probably wont last as long as the DPS....but man that's a heafty powerplant for a 6S 90mm jet.

Ya it came up inthe Euro thread and as I said there, since the inner core can be removed from the outer housing, I'd be tempted to drop the DPS core into a CF or Kevlar tube to get it lighter. Not sure if its the motor or the housing that's adding all the extra weight.

Yes, we agree that the new MBS Fans do have a heavier shroud and overall weight than the DPS Fans. We tried to post as much information on the full listing of the page along with the factory spec sheets for download. Now the user has many possible choices for their EDF needs

hobbywing 100A ESC
Turnigy 4.0 40~50C 6S (fully charged this time)

84.5Ap
21.7V

Did another run up on the same setup just to verify and yup your #s are pretty much right in line to what mine were, batteries types are probably the only difference. Happy flying and enjoy the sweet sound of woooosh!

And now those numbers are ALL a dead match to my 3025-1500kv results..... as expected.

I get 105 amps on 6s 22.5 volts with the 3025
