As long as the plane has 'good' ducting path and openings, it can match the EDF outside with an intake lip. Though quite often in-plane you will end up with a bit less, because the ducting is not optimal. Of course it depends on the plane, and/or whether or not improvement was needed on its ducting.

1750 watts
80A peak
~16V
Thrust???
Battery was just under full charge.

How my numbers look? This is going in the Freewing 90mm F-18. Carbon copied the setup after I saw V8truckin's vid...

Sounds very close to numbers I get. I had 84A, 2.9Kg thrust.
So your listed ones are fractionally lower... probably 2.8Kg thrust.
Of course it will be less in-plane.

The only worrying bit is the battery.

16V?

That 16/6=2.66V per cell. You may have a bad 6S lipo with a dead cell....

This explains the low amps for a 1500kv...

Im no CS12 expert but on 6S you should have been closer to 2200watts and 100amps. Sounds like you were on 5S?

I would throw that pack in the trash can. You're not even getting the voltage that 5S should deliver, let alone 6S! In fact some 4S packs at full charge will hold up more than that!

Are you sure you're actually trying 6S?

His volts reading he listed is just wrong.....

Can't you guys add up that 80A and 1750W cannot be 16V .....

I have the 3025-1500kv and it does 84A 1800W or so..... so his is doing what it roughly should. And the 16v is plain to see incorrect.
1800w / 84A = 21.4V Non Nano battery here also (Zippy 6S 5800mAH 30C)

1750W / 80A = 21.8V

So the motors for each case are a little bit different, but very close overall really. Both their true KV's probably very, very close to the same.

6-6.5lbs, same thing I did with the SUPPO 1500 (labelled 1300kv)

Numbers look right cept for the voltage, musta been a typo like Peter said.

Also on that airframe you don't need to pushing 2000w+ and 90a+ you may find she is fast enough and has enough thrust with that setup.

you should be right.. 9 is right above 6 so setling at 19v is not so inaccurate for an old pack

I got something like 2300w, 103amps peak and 3.25kg thrust from the HK3025 but my batt was a brand new genace 6s 5300 60c. Big difference in pack performance, although he did say his wasn't fully charged.
