I do not have a ditgital camera, but there would not be much to see. The wing saddle area has two 1/4 inch long cracks that have been repaired by epoxying a piece of 3/16 hardwood dowel on each side, the full length of the wing saddle. I have had three other 2M sailplanes with bolt on wings and composite fuselages and used this method successfully to repair the same problem in all of them. There are two small cracks less than 1/2 an inch long on the left side just under the servo tray and one behind the rear bolt plate. These are repaired by laminating s-glass on the inside of the fuse. None of the repairs are visable from the exterior. The tailboom does not have any damage. Don Harris

The retailer says it is a modified SD 7038. The flight characteristics are different from what I would expect from a stock 7038. It has a fair amount of speed and covers quiet a bit of ground for a plane that only weights 34 ounces. The airfoil seems to be a little thinner than a stock 38, but the wing is very strong and can take a decent zoom launch.
