Robertboxhoorn,

That AEO 27mm unit will really do good on 3S. Put an exhaust tube with at 23mm diameter and she'll show and go.

Joe 1320,

Check the beggining of the thread, there's a site in Germany I think.

2 cells is recommended end that like me better ;-)

i think to buy an as3x system (when its out ;-) ) and put that in the mini viper

but first let's fly this plane and maybe ever a view years i will do this with as3x

Robertboxhoorn,

Check this out, https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show...postcount=1302. The 27mm EDF handled 3S with no problems. AUW was 85g and pulled less than 6a. On 2S it'll fly, just barely. My .02 cents.

ok

but jou the ar6400bl receiver can only handle 4 amp so 2s is the best ;-)

i dont know how much power this little jet needs but when i got my new esc i will know it

The aeo 27mm works amazingly good on 3s ive had about six flights on my micro
squall now no problems ,am now putting it in my micro habu , im using
( as nitro recomended ) a 325 mah thunder power 3s 65c lipo ,a 10amp esc
( i think , or maybe 12 ) ar6400 with diode ,this is by far the best micro edf set up ive ever had.

it'll fly like a rocket (good luck )
