$300 for a PnP is not bad for this size. considering what some of the epp planes are selling for this day starting at $100 and up

Looks like there could be a place for this, compared to a carbon Z yak the $300.00 looks like a good price.

I really want to see the flight performance and reviews from some other pilots. May not be 3D hobby shop in performance but then they do not have a biplane. and there just are not that many bip's to chose from.

What will be the status of replacement parts, wings, Landing gear and other parts?

Yet.... just wait a bit though.

I'm a sucker for a Pitts and I'm hoping this one turns out decent. I would not expect it to be as good as a well designed balsa plane from 3DHS or EF. However like Moose said I think it will be a good sport flyer. I've flown a number of Pitts planes from micro to 1/4 scale and none of them I'd call good 3d airframes. The Pitts was designed for a different kind of aerobatics.

They've got a prototype. Give 'em a few months and we'll be seeing these things tearing up the sky all over the place.

Supposed to run on the same gear as a 51" AJ Slick... and it's pretty much guaranteed no one will regret this purchase.

I have watched the biper video from KM and talked to Ben over a year ago about the then early proto types of the Biper

Time to release

The Pitts and variations of the Pitts model 12 are very different animals, the Model 12 has much better possibilities of being a precision or 3D model. Look at the 100cc Beast and Python's from QQ

Still flies like a biplane but getting closser and closer to the performance of a mono plane.

Price Questions for Pete from BH

Pete, will the pre-order price be "raised" when the 63" Pitts Hybrid is in stock and ready for delivery? If yes, what will be the new price?

Thanks,
Mfpage

Starmax!

Good chance that these will be in Hobbytown USAs then. They already are selling the Skyraider, big P-51, and the mx2.
