Durafly P-47 !

Hello all

has this one already been discussed? It looks spot on...the shape seems 100% right. The big question (for me) ...EPS or EPO? The prop is the best I have seen so far...

thanks

I checked your link. Take another look at it. At bottom just below the specs it says it is epo.

Very nice.

I've been wondering about this one since it appeared in some coverage of another model months ago. Very close to the Escale versions we get in the states that fly very well and look super.

I like the shape a lot...it looks as close to realty as it possibly could. The cowling looks excellent and the prop is stunning. The wheels look a bit small but the gear legs seem to have some extra detail. I wonder though what quality the electric parts will have...don't have any experience with Durafly. Maybe someone from HK can provide more pictures of how it is constructed? Scott...! You out there...?

thanks
Uwe

I saw the update on HK facebook page. This warbird looks really nice and the size is great too.
I'm hoping Scott has a video review in the works

The quality of the stuff fitted is all spot on and CE certified (therefore ok for EU) I have flown the Jug quite a bit but the video will feature two new WW2 warbirds from this range and one new WW1 fighter.

Hmmm, very interesting. Look forward to more of this.

This looks like a real nice plane - except for the blatant copy of E-scale's scheme.

Hopefully the other ones to follow will be unique, and the WWI fighter won't be RED.

Agreed. The fact that all the companies are doing the same scheme is really frustrating. Especially when there's so many great ones out there. I would be really cool if they were shipped without decals so you could choose from decal sheet the one you want. Just like the alfa's.

Looks like a pretty good deal for what's included (if it all actually holds together long enough to get the maiden in), but what a waste that they made it yet another bubble-top, and yet another Hun-Hunter. Bleah. Couldn't they at least try to be a teensy-weensy bit unique? I think I might actually be getting even more sick of these than Mustangs...

There is Company that makes a Razorback kit for the PZ P 47 that might fit on this plane
