Well the problem is your distance I am guessing. If I lived near you I would of already came by. I am always buying warbirds... but 95% of the time they too far

Some pictures would help also... Also what is "partially assembled?" you mean as in no engine, receiver etc?

You could try clubs around you and post it on the walls/bulletin board, ebay, craiglist..etc

Behour, I know what you mean by too far, I have also the same problem sometimes.Yes thats what that means al controlsurfases are hinged,retracts are intalled and working servos installed just put the motor in and your receiver and Batteries and your ready to go.
