Help!

First Scratch Build


How do you know how much thrust you need and when thrust is not provided in the specs or reviews how do you know what to use? I read somewhere that I can't find something about watts.
I am building a plane for My go pro and want a pusher. I saw a modified version of mikey's rc fpv pusher plane that looked good but don't know how much thrust I need.
