Nearly there on the Easy Glider Pro
This is a friend's Easy Glider Pro which I helped him build recently to introduce him to the hobby. We sprayed up the color scheme today and are quite pleased with the results. It was the first time I've used paint and it produced an impressive matte finish in minutes with no iron in sight either!
The engine is an Axi 2808/20 running on 3s 2700mah and it's nearly there with the thrust angle. It was porpoising a lot under any kind of power so the motor was shimmed and things improved but it will need as much again to take advantage of the power.
It's also been set up with spoilers using a Futaba 6EX and a PMIX on the TX (set to 100%). That certainly killed some lift on landing!
With the spoilers reduced to about 30%, and more down thrust on the engine we should we have some usable power and a great plane.
Hope everyone likes the colour scheme!
