Dunno if that was a misinformation or a typo from someone ..but if that is true.....

My eyes are just drolling over the F-4 right now...

The F-4 is besides the F-18 and the F-16 my all time favorite Jet..had the starmax F-4 with modified exhaust ducts and powerful fan...went fantastic..
but this here...this a whole new different game..

Just sad it is only 1.2m long..wished it would be around 1.4m long..

But who cares

And like it would for many people now, with an empty wallet, overcharged credit card and a wife running after you with a baseball bat including a pen and divorce papers for you to sign while you run to the next hobby shop to get all your needs for this beauty of an F-4!

I went for the lite version with no heat sink for 6s power
it's the HET 700-60 (1738 KV) motor , you can also go 1485 KV for 7s and 8s

just finished it up and ran it up and down the street, it sound awesome even at idle. The Habu guys at the field are going to go nuts and line up for one.

I'm going to run mine up right now.... I'll start a thread on it
with my 6s numbers

Hey Stu, while you're at it, how about a rotor cut down to match the DS-51 shroud? Plenty of high end jets here in Europe waiting for a plug and play solution for the much desired woosh!

I don't think so, I don't like the stink of turbines
I'm starting only to like electric meets and there not to many of them. I wanted to go to the electric meet up in morgan hill this weekend but we have plans. I'm going to hit my local club early to get a couple flights on the new fan and hope to film it.

We always have something going on with work and life... I havn't been to any meets this year. Just fly with my buds, which I love

Red leader Composites is my closest dealer to you. He doesn't have any at the moment, but if you ask he may order one. Failing that you can order direct.

The mounting lugs are on the centreline of the fan. I don't drill the holes as I don't know what holes are already in your mounting rails from other fans, can't have two holes accidentally ending up just next to each other.
