Got mine yesterday, haven't had time to start on it yet, but the good news is that the hatch is wider thanitlooksinthe photos. I was able to fit the following: 2x4s 3300mh, 2x3s 4000,5000mh, 7s 4000mh. I was not able to fit 7s or 8s 5000mh or 8s 4000mh. So stock setup looks like the way to go here. Also Tam was saying I the build thread mods will be needed on the outlet for a 36mm motor but 28 will be fine. So a Neu or Mega from Efluxrc on 8s will work but short flight times.

I think a sweet setup would be the stock v32 fan and motor with Tams center body heatsink, rotor and shaft adapter and tail cone put the esc in the tail cone and run it on 7s 35c 4500 nano's I think they would fit, they are a longer thinner pack this setup runs awesome in the bu32
you can also still run it on 6s for casual flights and then drop in 7s for speed flights

Yes, just tried and they will fit stacked. The 5000's fit that way too but had to come forward about a 1cm on the upper one to fit. So that is VERY good news, now to see if it will balance.

I'm going to put the stock setup with TAM's heatsink and cone in this one and run it on 7s. But it's nice to know now that 8s is doable.

The cockpit is raise very high.
I can move 3600mAh 4x pack forward for C.G.
So we can fit almost any size pack in the
F-4.
I'm running Venom 3600mAh 8s 2.4kw 86A.
AUW 7.2 lbs.

Saw one at Roys Hobby Shop -Bedford Texas(DFW) on Friday $488.+ everything else= $1,100. Very tempting. New market for RC financing? 12 easy payments? LOL
