I wasn't suggesting this plane would be slow. I was merely suggesting that all things being equal, it's probably not quite as fast as the Habu. I certainly wouldn't care though, because A) it's a Phantom and B) most can't tell the difference between a few MPH anyway.

Well the retracts for the F-4 are the same as the Habu so Tam already has the struts for it

The trailing struts that what safe the plane from bad landing.
Doing the Oleo struts only damper the landing. But no give to save the wing or retract on hard landing.
What I got is good enough.

They will look sweet on this airframe. I was just pointing out to the other gentleman that you already have struts that will work with the e-flite 15-25 retracts.

The timing is perfect too. I just had the second run machine the trunion and struts done few days ago.
The new trunion is tighter torence and less slop.

the landing looked very stable and not too hot .i wish they had it in BA colors ,and maybe SE Asia colors then every body would want one
