I finished the design for the 2 and 3 Axis Gimbal for Mini CCD Cameras. Go Pro Hero will be available soon too. Excellent if used with a FY20A or FY30A stabilization system or similar.

Its made from laser cut 1/8" ABS Plastic, it will come with a universal camera mount "CCD board cameras" and I will have other dedicated mounts available for KX131/171, DPC-161, Hobby King CCD camera and more. The GoPro version will be available also this next week.

I have made hundreds of FPV pods on MDF, the MDF I use is very rigid and it works great and keep cost down in both ends, but I will offer both version so people can choose.

PS: Who will be using this gimbal in the water?

Clouds are wet, grass can be wet, snow is wet.. all places where FPV planes can be found.

True true, maybe the glue I use acts as a sealant for the MDF who knows, I haven't had any problems yet, but like I said ABS plastic will be available also for those who doesn't like the MDF

just sayin, if i were in the market for a small gimbal it wouldn't be mdf or lite (3) ply
