Turnigy G15 fix

Just wanted to post this, may save someone some money some day:

I installed a Turnigy G15 in my PZ P47D. It performed well, but would over heat and start to seize after about 4 minutes of flight. I took it apart and found that 3 of the magnets were sticking up about 2mm, whereas all the others were fully inserted into the motor can. As the motor warmed, I suppose the heat caused just enough expansion/contraction in the magnets and/or motor can to make the magnets touch the back of the motor (the part that bolts to the motor mount). Of course, once they made contact, the temps went through the roof and the motor seized. The 3 magnets were clearly discolored from the heat.

I used a small flat blade screwdriver to push magnets in even with the others, and now the motor is fine. I put a few drops of medium CA on them to hopefully prevent them from moving around again.

Hopefully no one else has this trouble, but if you do.......

Hi, thats a bad thing. Magnets lost his magneticpower at heats about 80 grad celsius. better try to get new ones.
