Well here is what I have for you, width of the motor is 1-7/16 at the widest part and the gear box is at 1-1/16 and the length is 2-5/16 total and 2-1/4 without the drive shaft. I don't have a scale right now but the weight should be close to other motors on the market. I have included 2 pictures and the background squares are 1/2" so that should give you and idea of the size.

Wanted to share somethings I have done to fix a problem that I have found. Remember to give enough of the end of the spar to stick out of the ply rib to sand flush. If you don't after time from many hard launches the joiner will show signs of failure. If so please contact the Mfg right away.

In the photos below I will show how to fix this problem. You will need to find something that fits the inside of the hole like a brass or Alum tube or rod. It is 9mm ".352". Wax up the rod a few times and buff out. Slide into the hole a few inches and mix up some Cab-a-cel with a slow hard resin. I have West System in the shop so that is what I used. Mix the consistency of tooth paste. Roll up a half sheet of paper to make a bakers tube. Fill the tube with your mixture and add around the rod. Let set for 24 hours and remove the rod. Sand flat and smooth with a T bar. You may need to clean up the inside of the hole with a round file. The joiner rod should side in and out smooth.

Finished 2nd yesterday at contest... Missed landing points by a foot or so, got greedy at went for the smallest target.... Plane went up the line with firm pedal (yes Merrill, on our winch) and pinged firm (I can see Merrill wincing-I can torque em pretty hard), so I am happy about the modifications done while redoing the tips.

Looking good Andrew... I have been using solid color on the LE and white on the TE. Easier for me to see, just not so cool looking.

The new blue print is done. It now has the E-fuse included on the glider print. Here is a snap shot of the print.

Merrill, where can I get a full size print of the E-fuse? Got a few days off over the holidays, might get back on the build

Any chance of a few pics of the installation? My understanding is the servo horn would protrude a little out of the rudder. Did you use a blister over it?
