If you want lexan instead, they have it as well. Great prices too!
I'm not affiliated with this company or anyone that is employed at this company.
I just thought I'd share this place.

That's where I got my colored plexi from for my charging case build. +1

Wow, you guys sure can come up with some really nice setups. The highlights are sort of over the top, but pretty neat.

Here's my X4 setup I've been using for awhile. I took the rubber feet off, found some longer screws, bought some nylon spacers and mounted it with about an inch gap under it for good airflow and to make it easier to plug in the balance boards.

Currently building a new box with a pair of X2s on a carbon plate deck with a pair of power supplies under.

575 watt/47 amp charging station

Following much advice I got here on these forums last night and this morning I put together this "charging station". Pics pretty well explain it. Not complicated, just a little time consuming. But the end result is great. A totaly contained unit. Right now I have 3 sets of connectors to use, and will probably add one more on the outside. Works out great, fan to keep the PSU cool runs off 12v, that little baby really hums! Power supply is only attached with double sided tape but is solid.
The unit all closed up, storage in the top is very handy.

.

Two Sky 200 watt chargers fit perfectly;

Power supply and connections;

Fan for additional cooling;

Just plug it in to turn it on.

I never could make this case work well for anything 'till now.
3 hp server supplies in bottom, flow-through tunnel.
Top shelf hinged with large klett hinges.
Battery shelf is balsa laminated depron. Inside storage simply depron foam.

For those of you that have both 12v and 24v output with only two PS, how are you able to preventing accidental short if 12v and 24v charger's case come in contact while in use??
