Anyone know which connector is on the Tactic TR624 Rx? All I've found is "micro servo connector" on the Tower description (I found nothing on the Tactic page).

Not sure what you are asking as the only thing one can plug in are servos so it would be a regular servo connectors either JR or Futaba

As Camoy says, the TR624 takes standard 0.1" header Futaba/JR connectors.

I don't have one but going by the picture on the Tower website, the TR424 has Molex Picoblade 1.25mm connectors like nearly all the Chinese micro stuff from HobbyKing and others.

Would pay to check the polarity matches the servos though.

The very popular HobbyKIng (Ping Zhen) 5320 1.7g servo has this connector.

The TR624 uses regular JR/Futaba servos socket:

Coriolan is right - I've made a bunch of these for clients in the past. If you're looking at my site they're called "Mini-Futaba" since Futaba was the first to market with them on an RX, the R616FFM. It was their answer to Spektrum's AR6300 with the Micro-JST (JST-ZH) connectors. Total flop, I think Futaba made only 2-3 RX's with that connector, and they've been used on like half a dozen cheap no-name import RX's.

I wouldn't call them a total flop, Glenn. They are used on nearly all the micro gear from the Chinese manufacturers including name brands FlyDream, FrSky and Orange. The latter is significant as HobbyKing sell a range of servos with these connectors that are extremely good, popular and cheap.

Glenn is your goto guy in the US for anything like this.

If he hasn't got it (or can't make it) it isn't used for anything sensible.

What are you guys using to crimp JST-SH connectors? Sounds like Glenn is the goto guy, and wanted to know what you're using? I just need to make a half dozen crimps, so obviously I don't want to buy the $500 crimper that is offered or whatever the cost was.
