Thoughts on FPV pods for the Easystar

DIY Drones just came out with a new pod for FPV (and UAV) on the EasyStar.

Description:
Several things I really like about it is there is ample room for all the other gear I eventually want to get. It's light and, most importantly, it allows you to look down.
Until today I had my eye on the ReadyMade Pod.

Description:
I do like the look of it more, but you don't see that while flying.

What I haven't found yet is a set up that will allow me to look 180 degrees in all directions. Though I believe both could be modified to so. If I want do modify something, it would seem wood is easier to play with than plastic, though perhaps it's a wash.

Both cost about $40 and neither come with servos.

Thoughts?

The DIY Drones pod looks like it is for the Micro Cameras. I'd be sure the camera you'll be using will work.

Readymade is geared and uses a standard servo for 180 degrees. With a servo stretcher you can do 360. That is my set up on a SW.
