what is the fair price for this Voyager e

Someone is selling a voyager e with this setup:
The chopper is in very good condition. There is nothing bend or broken.
It comes with:
JR-Pro special tuned motor model NMH-540ST
JR-Pro FET High Frequency speed controller model NEA-300H. This JR-Pro Giro model G-400
5 x GWS 2002BB servos.

What would be a fair price for this in US?
Will this heli fly alright without modification? Personally I prefer the HH gyro.

The motor, esc, gyro, and servo's aren't worth anything. All of those parts need to be upgraded to a better quality.

Thanks guys.
But will it fly okay with the current setup? I heard that the esc and stock motor is throw away things because it's useless?
How about the servos?

It might, but probably not well at all.

The servo's are probably slow and lack the torque that the HS-81's do.

The gyro is out dated and not a heading hold, which will also make learning to fly harder.

The motor is probably good for 10 flights if you're lucky, before you have to mess with that.

Offer the guy $100-150 for it and he keep the electrics!

I might try to buy the heli only.
The rest probably not worth much anyway.
Thanks guys.
