Air Hogs Battery Replacement

I've got a few older air hogs like the biplane. They're all about 3-4 years old. Haven't flown them in a year or two. Moved on to bigger planes. Now that I'm back into flying these, they dont have the power they used too. Can't get them up in the air even.

Is it the battery not fully charging anymore? Thats all I can think of. Any help appreciated.

They're 3.7v, at least mine is. Splice a connector on and fashion a battery compartment and you're in.
