Are you using AVR extreme burner? Cause it has some crazy aquardnesses...
Follow this instructions and you'll be Ok: 1. Open the EEP file first using File-->open eeprom, make sure that the file type selection on the bottom right of the window is "eep". 2. Open the HEX file second, using File-->open flash file, make sure file type is "hex". 3. Chose At 88 mega chip 4. Push the BURN button, ignore the error massage about incorect board. Do not use the big yellow "Open" button on the main screen to open the files. I have no idea why, but each time I used it I had problems in the burnning procedure. I don't know why or how all that makes a difference, but I did spent several hours to find out the right way to burn the G osd... This way works, other ways may work as well, but this one for sure. |

abletowinginc, if you are able to successfully flash the mini osd pls let us know im ready to hit the buy button but i have been reading here and HK forums that.
It's the same older OSD rewarmed. The MCU, same used in an ESC, has not enough power and enough refresh speed from GPS to draw an arrow. The GPS is an antique Sirf III, possible manufactured before 2000 year, limited to 4800 baud and 1Hz. Just some warehouse cleaning. so ireally want to know if they are right or is just speculations |
