Now guys, just remember that Ivan and Hal have to leap on a plane to us here in the UK pretty soon afterwards, so don't you go tiring these folks out!

Seriously though, have a great time.

Some Photos of the Field

The Flood waters have receded and the Field is in good shape. Roy was able to get on the Field with the roller while it was still soft and did a good job of smoothing it out. It is now smoother than it ever was. Some of the trees in the nut orchard are turning colour and dying.

Awesome news on the field's improved conditions. As non-club members, do we need to officially sign up, or just bring our MAAC card (and a fee?).

Hoping to make it out on one of those days if work and equipment cooperate!

Just come with your MAAC card. Sometimes there is a small fee, sometimes not. Come on over.

I can do that. The main thing new I'll have is a couple of new sensors for the EagleTree setup in my Switchback Senior - the new altitude sensor and a G-force sensor. Not much to see, but fun data to look at.

Hi guys,

Sadly I'll be missing my first one in a long time. I had to finalize vacation plans and also manage dates for a sequence of multiple doctor visits/tests (minor issue) well before the field condition was a sure thing. I hope you all have fun!

Cheers!

Greetings, I'm thinking of coming up from the States.Would there be any chance of camping at the field on Thursday night as the work schedule dictates my return on Saturday. I would have a small tent. Thanks. RMac

Normally on-site camping is not only allowed but encouraged.
