I can't wait to get one of these systems.
Finally the market is maturing and people are offering well built systems. I am sick of the kits and naked boards that have been offered in the past. Fyetech made a great move with the nice cases for the 91Q but they dropped the ball big time with poorly executed gps hardware and wires. Now that this controller has full enclosures and shielded wires we can expect others to follow so everyone wins. |

Autopilot is just a part of a mechatronics aerial device. Everything must be well conceived and built as a well balanced overall system. It is easy to read threads and comments where motors and propellers are not so obvious to (understand) choose and match. Most focus on the "magic autopilot" 'the killer obvious choice', but ignoring the most important parts of a flying machine. Psst: Sorry to populate a little off-topic, we are eager to see "reference design" and "classic flights" with this new autopilot. |

... And (sadly) clones later, as almost anything is copy-able. These 2 diseases lower the customer value, expecting support and new features. |

I will say I have been away from RCG for some time (to busy on the AP forums about Helis) and I have to sadly admit the professionalism has dropped tremendously with all the off topic posts. It really makes keeping these threads educational with reliable information for people to learn from difficult. |

It won't cost anymore from buying from me. In the end, the truth will come thru.

LOL....That is the one we were flying at IRCHA. Talk about a test bed. It really did fly well.
Sorry no video today. My 7 year old son just flew the WK-M equipped quad. First time ever. He just controlled the cyclic but flew all around with no problems. The sensor on the side is the external LED. It is VERY bright. It tells you how many GPS satellites it has acquired. Also tells you if you are in Manual, Attitude or GPS modes. Low voltage indication will also flash and compass disturbance. |
