On Sunday - after the official championship - I am planning to run AeroMusicals as an experiment. The score sheet for this event can now be downloaded as pdf-file under "Aktuelles" (scroll to the bottom of the page).

Closing date is 05. Oct. 2003. Currently there are already more than 20 participants, including pilots from CZ and NL. I am amazed about the number of participants registering for AeroMusicals.

Thanks Jurgen! I wish the US had indoor aerobatics competitions - well, actually, we do, but nothing famous that everybody attends to (Like TOC - that's what your life becomes - like the olympics - everybody who's good enough goes).....Why isn't there something like this here?

Anyway, keep us informed!!!

Is Manuel Nübel going to participate?

Thanks!

Hi Michael,

Manuel was one of the first guys to ask where to registrate, but so far he hasn't done it yet. Perhaps he is worried about the two girls who have already registered.

.....

I hope he gets in! Even if he doesn't win an honorable place, everybody would still be amazed from his age.....

Hi Michael,

There should be quite a few competitors of similar age - if not younger! Some of these "kids" just have the time for simulator training and developing "lightning fast" reflexes.

Thanks for the replies, guys. Yeah, we've got a few folks here too, but not mostly at that age...

A third pilot from the Netherlands registered and even a participant of the top ten of the last F3A championship inquired about the contest rules!

The German Indoor Aerobatics Championship is getting quite international. Three pilots from the Czech Republic, three from the Netherlands and one from Belgium have registered so far.

Last registration date for the German Indoor Aerobatics Championship was on Sunday 5th of October. We have now 39 competitors including 2 pilots from Belgium, 3 from the Czech Republic and 4 from the Netherlands. Thirteen of the participants want to compete in AeroMusicals as well!

You will also have a Danish spectator present. And I will bring my Jiglet just in case someone wants to see a decidedly non-aerobatic micro display
