Don, I like what you did on the ail servos.

I hope the t-tube holds up without being around the back of the fan assembly. It looks very tight so I assume this was the only way you could do it. Thanks for the detailed pics.

Don..thanks for the build thread...is there any way with removal of some foam to get the thrust tube to fit up and over the rear of the fan? Looking forward to the flight report...Also plan on doing a top drive linkage system for the ailerons..

OK guys just got 3 flights in and it a nice flying model. Easy to launch with those channels on the bottom. A few notes, you will need lots of up elevator to keep the nose up when landing. Ailerons need to be toned way down as it rolls quite fast. Doppler is giving me 100-105 mph. Will post headcam video as soon as possible.

Don, I see you decided to put your ConceptX up for sale (at a great price, I might add). Very tempting. So how would you compare the Stinger to the ConX on build, flight characteristics, speed, etc? I think the Stinger looks better but that is a personal preference. Anyway, what do you say?

OK Don,
I have the Wicked 4000 (not plus) running 4s using a Hyperflow 55mm fan and it's rediculously loud compared to that setup. What do you suppose is the difference? I really like the sound of a fine tuned electric jet screaming by but, I must admit the quiet flow of air with a faint wistle is even cooler. Plus it keeps attention off of you. So is the 4000 plus motor that much quieter than the 4000 or what?
