Thanks Jim T!

Guys we're gearing up for a great week of all electric flight. I'm sure those of you who've attended any of our events know full well what to expect. The facility will be groomed to perfection and all the flight lines will be in full swing.

We're also planning on SPEED DAY!! Bring your hotness and let's see what the radar gun's upper limit is!!!

Can't wait to see you guys there!

Now Bob, no running toward your buddy's planes with the gun to skew the data. Any perception of foul play could result in your being duct taped to a lawn chair in the middle of the runway with only one hand free for both the microphone and the radar gun.

On second thought... go ahead and run toward your buddy's planes.

Same format as Nall? IMAA legal only on main line, speaking of which, do we need IMAA membership to fly on any flight lines? No under 16 pilots, etc?

Looking forward to it!

No IMAA requirements at eWeek. As for pilots, 12 and under are free.

Les, if a couple speed gurus show with some of the machines I'm hearing about, I might be running the other way!!

I'm game and have it marked on my calendar. Time to weed through the hangar and figure out what to bring.

Well we're going to have all the flight lines going! We're in the final process of laying out what type of models will be flying at what line.

I'm really looking forward to the event. I hope when you guys break it down by types, you'll designate the main field for giant scale and scale planes (or at least planes that fly regular patterns), then put the 3D guys down where you do at Joe Nall. I would assume the speed runs would use the main field during designated breaks in the regular action.

I think this venue has the potential to be THE electric meet in the country as time goes on. I've never seen anything at Triple Tree that wasn't first class. I don't know what magazines are designating coverage for it, but I know the two electric columns I write for Model Aviation and Park Pilot will feature it.

See you there!

Bob - I had asked Eric at the JR AeroTow if there could be space for towing off the main flight line. I hope you will be able to work something in.

Looking forward to it !!!!!!!!
