Yes. It's a rocket. It will jump out of a hover in a moments notice. I have flown on 14x7 also 3 cell 2200. Not bad but I like high speed maneuvers. Very exciting. Fun plane either way.

Castle Creations sale

After reading the recent discussion on ESC setup for the Edge I thought some may be interested to know that Castle Creations is having a sale right now, if you go to their website they have some pretty amazing looking deals if you ask me, looks like the sale ends at midnight CST tonight. I just picked up an ICE 75 myself, I couldn't resist.

Looking for prefab SFGs. Anyone know where to get a pair for the 48" Edge? Has anyone flown it with SFGs? How was it?
Thanks

Looks good. How are people attaching them to the tips? I'm thinking thin ply sheet with blind nuts attached to double as spacer? Any thoughts? I have some lt birch ply. I may just make a couple.

Those are very nicely done, but also might be a bit more difficult to make without a laser cutter...mine are a bit easier to make...but of course neither would be difficult for a good builder...

I don't use SFG's, these were drawn for one of the guys on the 58" Edge thread to be used on the 58" Edge, which is why I said "size as needed"...
