ohhh sorry, a little to big.....

"Mike, if you read this - order a new one to fly - this one should hang above your bed"

Mike has got the bird on the aspach fly-in last weekend. He is verry happy and he will never fly that plane!!! I think he prefers the "bed-version" like Haldor says.

But the new one he should order it will also paint by me. mmmhhh, what he can do???????? .... never fly!!!!!!

Ralle, that's just awsome. My favourite plane, done better than I've seen it done before! Love the "flying" shots! A setting sun on an alum finish is just the coolest - I remember flying my little Panther at sunset - the colours look great.

BTW, what is the size of this model? I'm preparing to do a large Panther, about 1500mm span, big enough to ROG on grass, not sure how much power to give it, though.

Let's see some flying vids!!!!!

Thanks Ralle, What is this "Micro dry Drucker" or printer, who makes it? I suppose it's not a color laser printer.

Sounds like an Alps printer. Nice stuff. Prints all colors including white. Uses dye sublimation instead of ink. I don't think they're being manufactured any longer, but can be bought off ebay cheaply enough.

@Dan,

yes, it is an ALPS printer. OKI is being manufactured that printers also. That printer could be printing white, silver and gold colors. Yellow decals are really yellow on a black surface (underground) by the printed white undercoat.

Hi Ralle,

Totally beautiful finish on that panther. Looks like Museum quality. Love the weathering, rivets, and panel details.

How many days of work did it take to get such a nice finish?
