The last few frames look like you're missing the left LG...your landing was doomed long before ground effect sucked you into the grass!

Yeah, he has some health issues he is working through and recovering from surgery. I finally got a video up for him to see and now he can't see it.

You have great eyes sir! I actually normally land semi-decent like that. I just lost it in the sun, so the landing wasn't solid. The only reason I have them on there currently is for CG.

Hope he makes a swift and complete recovery and is back to harass us both soon. Give him my best if you chat with him

Wings.....
Where did you end up finding your propshaft adapter and spinner?
Bought the 5045 prop from Horizon H. with the assurance that
It would just screw onto the prop shaft. It arrived this afternoon
compleat with a 4mm hole in the prop hub. Guess I can't complain,
their sending me two complementary motors for the "Cat"

UNGN turned me onto http://www.gwsprops.com/gws_spinners.htm. I'm using the 5043 prop and the GW/SPN001 spinner. This vendor was reasonably priced with quick turnaround. Installation was painless.

Question: How do these wheel pants affect flying characteristics? Heavier? ( I would assume so) Drag? (I would assume that, too)

Does anybody have flight test experience to compare performance yet?
