Yep...
No need to try and fly fast , flying clean and finding what line to take and the speed will come.
Just like circuit racing cars or bikes... Sideways is fun , smooth is fast.. I think i fly somewhere in-between as do you and you like to keep the lantana bushes in check..

The story continues ...

Much has happened since the last post here in 2013.

The Wabbit wing moulds, and the Warhead fuz moulds were kindly "donated" so I could make some club planes for the Maleny RC Gliding Club.

I sat down with David (Larrikin) and we devised a remedial solution for the mould with the 'failed' poraver. Since that repair I have made about eight airframes, and they all fly wonderfully.

I am not a plank aficionado, and I sometimes struggle to keep mine airborne, but many others swear to their 'light wind' performance.

I thought this update might be a suitable close to this thread - for the moment anyway, for those who wondered what happened to the Wabbit.

Regards, Steve.

I remember digging the Porava from the back of the mould ... ~6 years ago!
Watching the Warbits “playing” they really appear viceless.

Great to see Jeff back in a model building shed again.
