Just buy your self a sheet of glass (window glass) about 1.5 mtr long 500mm wide wax it up lay down 2 or 3 layers of glass using cloth weight of your choice depending on how light or heavy you want your sheet wet out the resin in sparingly compact with parsley cutter let dry bingo instant wing sheeting tool side is
a mirror finish bag side you need to abrade with some 320 to get rid of the wax in styrene (if you use Poly) dont worry about it if you use poxy although the poxy ones are more flexible. Sheet your wing as you would with ply or balsa

glass rollers

use these to compact glass layers to ensure air bubbles and excess resing are driven out plus proper adhesion between layers is assured

Thanks Steve, seems like a good idea, I like that you can use cheap poly resin as it won't attack foam once set.

Steve if your going to all that trouble with apre layup....You might as well do it direct to the foam cores an bag it.

Although I do have vacuum bagging equipment ,a lot of people dont and the method I described is a simple effective solution to those that dont and still end up with a bagged look finish on their wings
P.S also the fact you can use Polyester resin which you cant do if your bagging a foam wing unless your after that road kill look

Blimey mate. You should tell your women not to apply their makeup whilst they're driving.
