I will join you for dinner... any place that we can get 12 to 15 people into.... and doesn't require a collared shirt.

I see you guys are pretty much on FM. I'm the only 2.4?

We are of the mindset that if it ain't broke - don't fix it.

I did purchase several 2.4 FrSky Receivers and the module I just haven't changed over yet. When it comes to 2.4 and TD, there are lots of guys on 2.4 and when we have had an ESL contest, most of the pilots from out of the area were also 2.4 so it should work fine.

I am registered and ready to fly. I have been working on a new launch. I have advised JFK and La Guardia to divert planes when I am launching.

BTW, for all you GPS and Mapquest users, put in 25 Southwood Road, Syosset, NY 11791 and it will take you to the entrance of the parking lot.

And don't forget that LISF is the home club of David Ashinsky, the #3 Junior F3K pilot in the world. If you are nice to him he might autograph your plane for you

Suggestions would be appreciated. I haven't eaten out as much and do not have a very discriminating pallate . I'll eat almost anything!!

The On Parade Diner is right at the end of South Woods Road, about 1/2 mile from the field. The food is good and so is the service. And they have a back section.

If you want to go for the BIG meal, there is Majors Steakhouse, about 2 miles from the field on Jericho Tpk. This is where the TD guys often go. Not cheap but ourstanding meals!

Excellent!
Glad to hear you'll be flying as well... I didn't know if you'd be flying only td this year.

It will be nice to have some good tippers at the table.

The next 2 non-LISF members that sign up for this fun contest, I will pay for your $5 lunch fee for both days.
So who is going to be Lucky 13 and Fabulous 14??
