Wattmeter Source or Load?

When using my wattmeter to get mah indication from charging do I hook up the battery to Source or Load?

I think the charger gets hooked to the Load side and Battery to Source side but need to be sure.

When hooked up right I charge the battery through the wattmeter right? and the mah shown on lower right of display is the mah in the battery?

If you know the answer and could very clearly explain what gets hooked to what and exactly the procedure you would be doing me a big favor.

I am using my wattmeter and loving it but would like to use it to full advantage and need this last clarification to be all set.
Many thanks,
Charyl

Wolfman,
When using the "Wattmeter" the source is always where the supply voltage is coming "from". the "LOAD " is where it is going to. Hope this helps.
