What a month.

Well, so far in the last two weeks, I have bought a new house in Alabama, put my house in TN up for sale (not sold yet), moved on trailer load into the new house/shop, flew two flights (both evaluations), cleared all agencies at Ft Campbell, cleaned, power washed and stained my cedar house and 2 car garage, coached 4 baseball games, held one practice, and who knows what else.

Then, just a week ago, I get a call in the morning that my dad is in an abulance on the way to the hospital with chest pains. To make a long story short, after arriving at the Lincoln, NE Heart Institute, he had a massive heart attack. They revived him with CPR and the paddle thingies. Less than 8 hours later, he was on the operating table for tripple bypass that turned out to be PENTUPLE bypass surgury (yeah, 5 bypasses). Hes doing well now, and is back at home.

I am much like my dad. I cant sit still long. He loves to work, build things, shoot guns and screw off. So, since he cant do much for a few weeks, I picked up a Tower Trainer yesterday. Gonna build it this week and take it back to him in Nebraska on the 11th.

Anyone have a good .46 to .50 size outrunner laying around that will kick some butt on 4S 5000s? If so, shoot me a PM and we'll work out a deal.

Back to work....

Laine.

Since it is not April 1 I guess it is safe to answer. Sorry I don't have a motor for you but best wishes for your Father's speedy recovery.

Thanks fellas, dad is doing MUCH better now. He's home recovering. Im heading home next Saturday and my 17 year old will be staying there to help grandpa out for a couple weeks.

Not looking for a handout by any means on a motor, just a good deal if anyone has anything that might work.

Laine, I don't have anything that would work for you, but here's an ad for a Reaper GR-60...absolutely awesome motor (I have one in a 55" 3DHS Katana and it's ridiculous) on 4S. Should be good for around 1200W (I have mine "propped down" to 925W with a 15x7 APC-e) with the right prop and should fly the TT with authority. I see he's looking for some trades so maybe you can make a deal...

Nice find cynjon, I went ahead and ordered a cheapo motor. Exceed Monster Power 46. I figure for $29 it cant be all bad. Combined with an Castle Ice 75 and a TP 4S 4400, it should work out great for dad.... Now, to find some standard servos laying around here... Im sure I have some somewhere.
