I have several Scorpion 40 series motors that can all do 4.8kg thrust without effort. Props from 18'' on down depending on KV, all on 6S for me!
Go to Innov8tive Designs.com , download the latest calculator (free), then you see for yourself the individual specs.
I tested a 4020-16 with a 18/10 Apc e, pulled 1500 watts, at 70 or so amps, produces about 14 lbs thrust (6.36 kg). just a sample.
The Scorpion calc is quite accurate when using props they tested, usually within 1-2%. FWIW Doug B
