I'm looking for a B-24

B-24

ARF/modeler built, kit, or plans.... My preference is in that order…
Semi-scale is fine...
I am not looking for a huge plane... (Smaller than 80" and larger than 30”)...
Suitable for e-power...

Send pictures if you have them. I am very seriously looking.

I was there for the flight of this scratch built B-24. It flew off a bungee and was just fantastic to see in the air. If you email Dan Parsons (danpars@worldnet.att.net), you can probably get the drawings the builder used to put this together (if you dont find anything else).

Take a look at "EAM", http://www.eam.net/EAMRC/scalemulti.htm . They don't show a B-24, but they have lots of multi-engined electrics. Give them a call, they may know of a B-24.

Dave's Aircraft Works has a 72" B-24 sloper which looks like a good conversion candidate. I believe it has epp wings, a built up fuselage, and a working bomb bay!

Good luck on your quest. Pete
