The Flyer Flies.....

I only took a handful of pictures (would rather fly) but here are two of the Wright....

The first is the first of three hand launches. Brad could be heard to say "but I launched it level!"

This is about halfway from the launch above to the touchdown point.

Hal Norrish's gorgeous Shorts Sealand, built from Ivan's plans, of course. Sure looks real to me!!!

Jacque Magits' Tigermoth, from DB Sport and Scale kit. A very smooth scale flier.

What a great weekend!. On both Sat and Sun mornings, before 10 I had had about seven flights. The early bird gets the worm, started at about 7:30 AM. The rest of the time was taken up with meeting all of the great people that come up to Chilliwack every year. It is so good to meet old and make new freinds. Thanks for the great pictures.

Knight Mike,

Excellent shots!

That's by far the best inflight shot of my Uberfloh (Kolibri variant) ever taken.

I would have landed on the water just fine (he says with exagerated confidence) if only my tail float had followed my plane into the air! I was circling "one more time", heading for the tall grass on shore when the BEC said "that's enough".

Thanks for all the great photos.
