Wow, did they keep the AP on all the way down the runway? I thought the loc was on the other end of the runway, unless it's a backcourse.

Dude, those quads are the shiz! I suppose they are programmed to do that stuff?

Yeah Bradley, moving to Crestview, FL actually, just north of Ft Walton. I've got a business I'm starting up down there and the wife is transferring with her job - will be leaving in a couple weeks. I need to get out and do some flying with you guys! I don't have much flying left (except my T-28) but I can still sneak out sometime here - when you gonna be in town here?

I'm not one to criticize with my bouncy landings, but considering how much time and money they have in those planes there were not too many greased landings there. Was it windy or something?

A lot of those planes were pretty hard to land in real life. Doesn't make them any easier to land in model form, especially with tiny wheel bases.

Here is a pretty neat video. Some of you will recognize the area and perhaps some of the aircraft and pilots. Check out the credits at the end.

Man that Cub on floats and that Stearman on a gas strip is after my heart. That is what flying is all about in my book. Great Video!
