Rctimer 30A esc cutting out with KK board

I've had a problem with HK SS 25A programmable esc's stopping briefly due to them not keeping up with the signal speed of the KK blue-boards. I changed the esc's back to the old SS 45A ones and it worked ok. That was 3 weeks ago.

Time to build a hex. I ordered 6 rctimer 30A esc's http://www.rctimer.com/index.php?gOo...6&productname= as others have had a great run with them. 1st flight in the park tonight and the motors all cut out for 1/4 second just like the SS prog ones. I sat the hex on the ground under power and it did it again. Definitely the same problem.

Anyone else have this problem with recently bought rctimer esc's?

A man with too many toys
If you have the red wire from more than one ESC connected together they will do that. I had several crashes before I figured that out. Cut the red wire on all but one ESC – I use a servo extension so I don’t have to modify the ESC.

Yup - tried that thanks!

All red wires were cut and the esc's were programmed with a ubec. I use a separate ubec on-board the hex.
