Oh yes, definitely.

Always particularly sad when one loses a unique aircraft....

Hey Guy's

Thanks to Andrew for posting the vid, well the Waco didn't fly quite as long as I hoped.
I managed to do couple of circuits high in front of the slope but when I turned to do a close flyby in front of the ridge which meant doing a slight dive thats when things went pear shaped I am still wondering what happened whether the rudder flutter took off my pushrod to the rudder or the pushrod came off causing the rudder to flutter. The tail section came back up the hill pretty well intact except the rudder push rod was missing.( Big thanks to those who retrieved the wreckage)
But I was still happy there were a lot of variables that I had to content with, the plane, the launch, how much bungy to use and these all worked and the plane flew good with only a couple clicks of trim except for the rudder issue.

But I had allot of fun putting it all together.

Adrian.

Strongest Wind for Correx

Hi Guys

What is strongest wind that you have flown a correx plane in?

We flew Saturday and Sunday this weekend in winds for between 95 and 105 km/h. Launches were hectic, you had to wait for a lull to get the plane in the air, but once up they flew really well.
I flew my Mig 7, Impala and Mustang, all performed well with 240 grams of extra lead.

I would be intrested to hear what others have experienced.
Regards
Rob

CorroSabre

Has anyone built and flown the CorroSabre?
Please let me know how it compares to the other planes.

I am thinking of building one.
All the other planes I have built from these plans fly very well.

Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks
Rob

If you truly want DF, Wouldn't you rather just get a foamy, which was designed for a Fan ? Just saying

Well done on the really kool build Adrian!
Sorry about the ending though........but this is how most of us learn!
I had the same experience with a plane I built many years ago, without the nasty ending....it was lucky to survive the "human" errror!......ME!
Next time it flies....it will have a servo for each surface!
