Any chance of getting a copy of your UAV file? My megaquad isn't nearly that tame.
Here you go. Nothing fancy.

It is simply a matter of reliability. I don't want a flight controller board that will flip my multi rotor for no reason. I have other flight controller boards but I simply cannot trust them enough to attempt such a task. I can haul up dummy weights but that's not quite the same.

Not quite the sunny, blue sky with bikini clad bathing beauties and white sand beaches you expected from Hawaii. However this is reality.
Great video thank's for sharing

The trick is not to fly it. Just let it fly itself.

Tell you what Glen, the project is going to bother with paid one's first. He is still wading through testing.

If you are not sure how its going to work in the USA then you have not been following this thread properly.

Nice video Hansen!
Looks like you are ready for some volcano flights. Sure wish I had multicopters way back when I was kamaʻāina in Aeia.
Cheers,

I dont want to get you even more excited Glen but i just LOVE my CC!!

SOOOO much easier to setup than the MultiWii's i was using before and the default PID's are perfect for my type of flying, maybe a little slow but easy to tune.

I would start hanging out in the Open Pilot forums here http://forums.openpilot.org/
and read as much as you can
There is sooo much useful information for you it will ensure you have a very simple setup and successful maiden flight

Oh and if you havent already download the GCS and have a play its great.
Just beware that if they release a new firmware you will have to download a new GCS to match it.
Just like the MultiWii software the GUI must match the Firmware.

You will love it!

Ben
