Motor KV Relative to Stableness

Just got a quick question:

Are higher KV motors or lower KV motors more stable for aerial video on a quadcopter?

Most folks go with kvs between 750 - 1400. There is some indication that the lower the Kv work better with the larger props and the higher kv work better with the smaller props. At least that is what I have gleaned from forums. Others can chime in on this with more technical replies. For instance my Gaui uses 8 inches props with 1400 kv motors. 750 kv motors are often setup with props 10-14 inches depending the power of the motor.

It also depends on how you want to fly the quad - the slower kv range seems to be used more for AP purposes while the higher kv are more sport.
