Some call me the other guy!

Well, it seems that the Multi-rotors guys will be going to the Feild OF Screams, Helicopter club.

They are having a meet and greet Open Feild FunFly. I talked to a about it with a couple guys, some are going to make some will be there later in the day.
There will be many pilots over the day. Most of them will be single rotor guys. But I know that at least 30% of the club has some type of multi-rotor.
So come on down to this location you can google it.

https://maps.google.com/maps?q=45.41...2.418&t=h&z=16

I will be there and will help anyone. I have lots of single-rotors too.
So I will bring my REX 450 Pro

I haven't decided if I am going early or after noon. I don't want to miss the WEBEX discussion today

Hope to see some of you there, peace!

Sorry guys, I just realized I forgot about the webex this week. Was there a lot of interest? I can set something up around 4 (20 minutes) or we can do it again next week?

Oh yeah can you post the fix for the I2C error?
I could not remember the address change.

I am using the matching MultiwiiConf GUI from the same folder as the uploaded firmware. My OS is Win XP and the Rx is a Spektrum 6110. Tx is a DX7SE. The quad has flown with this setup.

Rest of the dev_20120622 GUI looks okay. Sensor data looks normal. Zero I2C errors. Do I need to uncomment something else in the conf.h file to work with the Spektrum Tx/Rx ?

In def.h replace QUADRINO_ZOOM define block with the following. Or just download the attachment (2 files) and overwrite the config.h and def.h files in the 2.1 firmware.

#if defined(QUADRINO_ZOOM)
#define ITG3200
#define BMA180
//#define BMP085 // note, can be also #define MS561101BA on some versions
#define MS561101BA
#define HMC5883
#define ACC_ORIENTATION(X, Y, Z) {accADC[ROLL] = -X; accADC[PITCH] = -Y; accADC[YAW] = Z;}
#define GYRO_ORIENTATION(X, Y, Z) {gyroADC[ROLL] = Y; gyroADC[PITCH] = -X; gyroADC[YAW] = -Z;}
#define MAG_ORIENTATION(X, Y, Z) {magADC[ROLL] = X; magADC[PITCH] = Y; magADC[YAW] = -Z;}
//#define BMA180_ADDRESS 0x40
//#define ITG3200_ADDRESS 0X68
#define MS561101BA_ADDRESS 0x76
#define STABLEPIN_PINMODE pinMode (A2, OUTPUT);
#define STABLEPIN_ON PORTC |= (1<<2);
#define STABLEPIN_OFF PORTC &= ~(1<<2);
#endif

It doesn't matter which version you have if you want to connect a GPS to it.

Just find the i2c on the board and plug it there..

BTW: Take a look at my friend HERE
so basic what you are saying is my solution is doable on quadrino

right?

but,,, the i2c is used for aux 2... that square marked pin) any solution to this?

and i also confused... the one i bought the output jumper wire has 4 wires... but ii2s section has 6 pins.... which is which?

thanks

I2C is certanly not use for AUX2 .. those are to completly different things.
There is a SDA - SCL - GND - Power serie hole somewhere on the board. That's the i2c port

Hello guys, The meet and greet was pretty cool.
I got some good footage, I think.
But I flew both my rev 1C and 1D today on the 2.1 works prefect didn't get to play with the anything else but. It was a realy fun couple of flights.
Soon as I land everyone comes over and say stuff like.
What did you do to the Naza to get it to do those things?

I answer them with no naza can do it the way I want, it is QuadRino.
Man, I have not prefected that darn blade stop auto!
It got me again. Paused a little to darn long.
10 attempts and 6 of them ends with lots of damage.
This time I just broke the props.

Check this out guys and girls.

The drop (4 min 26 sec)

Stay tune.
HEHEHE!
See if you guys know this guy.
The little quad in his hand a DialFonzo deisgn.
