Cermark Banchee E-3D

New. 1 flight. Cermark Banchee E-3D.
Nice, stable, 3D plane. I bought to replace one that I had for a couple of years and really enjoyed. I flew the new one time one day and then somehow got distracted with other planes. Never crashed. Rather than have it hanging on the wall, someone should fly it.

Batteries are several years old with maybe 30 charges so they still have decent life on them. Motor, servos,72ghz receiver and antenna and 2 older batteries.

Wingspan: 54"
Wing Area:710 sq. in.
Weight: +/- 3.7 lbs
Length: 53"
Servos: 4 x futaba s3102 micro servos
Receiver: electron 6 included
Battery: 2, maxamps lipov 6000mah 11.1 v
Motor: CERMARK CEM 4220-770 outrunner
Spinner and prop included
ESC: I used an ESC 70BL 70 amp speed controller but it is NIC.

Plane $140
Motor $40
Servos $38 x4 = $152
Batteries $120 x 2 = $240
TOTAL invested $572

I would rather not ship as it is a big plane. 54" wing.

Just in case you decide you are interested in shipping it. Greyhound shipping is pretty cheap. Likely $60 for a plane this size. I'd make an offer, but seeing as how I've picked up five planes in two months...Well, I got to layoff for a bit

Well, I guess if someone wanted to pay for it I would ship it, but it seems like a lot to me.

It is a fair amount, but for a RTF, $260 is reasonable. UPS wanted $150 for a 60x22x16 box and Fed Ex wanted $140; so comparably Greyhounds $50-$60 is cheap.

Good luck, nice looking plane.

It doesn't have a speed controller, is that what you said?

It did have one but I used it on another plane, so it currently does not have one.

I just looked it up and a few years ago there was one for sale here for $25, and another for $50.

Yes. I bought it as an ARF and used all the components from my previous planed when I put it together. It has a channel 49, 72 mhz receiver, so depending on your transmitter you may or may not need to switch that out. By the way, there is currently a 65 amp esc for sale for $40 in the power section of RCGroups that would work. Let me know if that is an issue.

If I did not have two of these, I would go for it.
