Ya that would probably do it, I glued all of it and had a weight on it while it dried to hold it in place.

I used thick CA this time with accelerator and it worked well for 800 again. Will stick with them for a bit before trying 1300 again. I was using foam-Tec and I think it may be too flexible for this use case.

Nah, I don't see the need and don't care to have a prop come off at the wrong time due to the oring breaking.

I own/fly/land lots of prop plane belly landers and have never broken a prop on landing (now watch me break one!@!)

Not sure why your going 4s but your going to stuggle to find a motor light enough that can handle 4s. If your looking to go fast and can use 3s try this motor

Any 2208, 2210, or 2212 motor will fit/work. You just need to figure out how fast you want it to go and pick a Kv to suit.

Something in the 1900-2200Kv range will be pretty fast on 3s and a 6x4 prop...

I'm going 4s because most of my batteries are 4s.

I asked once but never really got much of an answer...

How well do these slow down? Can they be floaty??

I am torn between this (the mini popwing) and the hacker Skyfighter (basically a re-branded mini Swift II)

Any help making the decision???

Got mine just about built..... Running a Graysons Hobbies V2 Super Jet motor, with a Turnigy Plush 40a ESC, good ole Orange Rx, Tower pro metal gear servos, and Nano Techs 3s 2200mah with a 6/5 Prop...... I'm pretty sure this setup will get this thing moving pretty fast..... Any suggestions out there on how to configure the CG since its a much heavier setup then the "recommended"???
