Hi All, I thought I'd share a site I built to re-publish the content of the BugHLG Yahoo Groups list. Yahoo discontinued its public groups in December, but I was able to retrieve the messages and files a few days before the cutoff. Through the new site, you can now browse all of that history at this link:

https://bug-hlg.jealousmarkup.xyz

This is of course only a read-only archive, but I hope the discussions, images and other info on there will be useful and fun for future builders. Enjoy!

Sorry if this is the wrong place......
I've wanted to build a Bug for quite some time now. I've reached out and a couple of guys have offered some help which I greatly appreciate!!
Anyways, where have most of you ordered your carbon tubes for the spars/tail boom? Is there still a short kit available? Thanks for your help!!!

Thanks folks!!!!

I was thinking about using Esaki tissue to cover the Bug.....you reckon it would provide enough torsional strength or would I have to have something else?

I 'lost' my yahoo(NOT) account stuff, and had a difficult time at the yahoogroups, ANYWAY:
Yes FlyGilmore, this IS the right place to talk BUG! I'm very surprised myself, how a bird can take me soooo long to finish! too much "life" in the way! I've been planning on a 3D printed fuse, but again, we won't discuss "life" will we?
