Help!

Have the FMS F-4 Phantom 70mm Epo a Stringer throug the Wing?


hello,
i want to buy these model but i dont now if she had a stringer?

Not sure what a "stringer" is.

Are your referring to a carbon spar or brace in the wing?

Maybe a problem in the translation, if you describe what a stringer is used for I can help.

OK..... the model does not have a carbon spar. The wings and the joint is robust and thick, no spar is needed..... unless you overload the model with a much bigger EDF and much bigger battery.

However...... it wouldn't hurt to put one in there.

i want to fly the phantom with a 68er rc lander edf and 4s 3300er lipo.
what you think, its to heavy?

I dont know my son's weighed 3 pounds and flew fast.He had a JS1400 and two 1800mah 4 cell 40c batteries in parallel.The plane is made of eps not epo.

Stringer is a nautical term for a spar down the hull and they do apply in built up fuse's and wings

I'm planning on putting a small one in mine when I eventually get it, on the exceed F18 this is a must if you're going to fly faster than stock

I plan on using an MB1....the Gs you can put on the wings would be up there
