57' Chris Craft Constellation

Hi RCGroup Community!

I am new here to the forum. I have a few photos that I would like to share with you. I started this model about 2 years ago from drawings that I purchased from the Mariners Museum in VA.

EXCELLENT!!! It is about time we've broken out of the '50's and moved into the 1960's with the C*C cruisers! Very neat!!!

Looking forward to seeing this come together!

Please tell us more about your model!

Welcome to RCG!

Thanks everyone!

Unfortunately I didn't take any photos of the building process besides these. I will make it a point to do so in the future. However, i did find this picture. Foreground is the same boat as above, in the background is a 1968 41' Chris Craft Constellation Salon which I built 30 years ago. Still working on trim and fittings 30 years later.

Hi All,

I haven't posted any updates yet since I've been busy and haven't been able to work on the model. But I finally managed to get some stuff done and I got some more pictures. I made progress on the hard top, and started planking the decks, and some fairing on the cabin.

Welcome aboard Ken. What a great build on the Chris. I can see that you know your way around an X-acto knife. Please keep up with photos of the build.
