The only solid proof of anything Huffinton does is that AOL has gotten worse.

Stop the presses! Someone at Fox News speculated on whether Obama had socialist leanings! Why can't they be like the MSM and not discuss such forbidden things? All of us should work together to avoid getting the teeming masses thinking about anything other than Obama is the One who will solve all our problems and pay our mortgage.

The horror. The horror. Oh the humanity.

Ya, Media Matters. Another source about to fall off the left edge of the earth. You people won't be happy until EVERY SINGLE news outlet leans left. Can't we just have one?? Please?????

Thought Investors Business Daily had a nice article on this.

http://www.investors.com/NewsAndAnal...rrect-Call.htm

From the article:

Quote:
In 2011, socialism still means, essentially, government control of an economy's means of production and distribution, sometimes justified morally by calls — just ask Joe the Plumber — for wealth redistribution. And the Obama administration has followed, with more than small steps, the socialistic impulse in health care, banking and car manufacturing.

Even if Obama sold industry shares back after a "rescue," he established a central planning precedent, outlining a socialistic raison d'etre.

It's an open secret the roots of the American left's agenda are in European socialism. Though we disagree strongly with them, we could name some respectable socialists — George Orwell for one.

Those scandalized by Sammon's editorial judgment and "dishonesty" are themselves intellectually dishonest. And Sammon shouldn't be so diffident about defending his efforts at getting the taxonomy right.

So we have evidence that Fox News hires people with different views. Shocking. I guess you would be happier if nobody at Fox ever expressed a different view. But then they would be the Main Stream Media. Just ask Juan Williams.

Stop and think for a second here peeps! Consider what the other networks would be like if they has as many conservatives as Fox has liberals?? Just THAT simple concept would change the face of the media exponentially.

Don't take anything but the agregate of ALL the news channels and you'll be something like there - but they've all got an angle, so know what it is you're watching and listening to!

When I worked on a US military base we Brits used to go into the PX and watch CNN - ABC - FOX etc - then back at our outfit we'd watch the same story on the BBC - they weren't 'the same' story though
